Shipping policy

The DERMACAPS US store ships from South Korea to the United States.

Free shipping

Shipping to the United States is free on all products, with no minimum order value.

Dispatch time

Orders are expected to dispatch within 1–2 days after the order and payment are confirmed. Dispatch is not the delivery date. Transit time varies by destination, carrier and customs clearance. We will email you if we become aware of a dispatch delay.

Tracking and delivery details

After dispatch, we will send a shipping notification when tracking information has been registered. Please enter an accurate name, postal code, address and contact details. For an address correction before dispatch, email support@dermacaps.co.kr. Changes after dispatch cannot be guaranteed.

Customs and taxes

Any taxes collected by our store are shown at checkout. Cross-border shipments may incur import taxes, duties or customs handling fees. Unless checkout explicitly states they are included, charges assessed on import are the recipient's responsibility. Free shipping does not mean that import charges are waived.

Delivery issues

If tracking stops updating, your parcel does not arrive, or an item arrives damaged, contact us with your order number. We will investigate and explain the next steps. For returns, see our return and refund policy.
